LDA Support was founded with a passion for providing high-quality home health care services to individuals with disabilities. Our founder recognized the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

At LDA Support, we are guided by a set of core values that include compassion, respect, integrity, and excellence. We believe that these values are essential to providing the best possible care to our clients, and we strive to uphold them in everything we do.

All of our staff begin thier journey with us with a face to face interview and full employement history check. We ensure they have right to work in the UK, have an enhanced and valid DBS. Following that, they under go intensive training and a full inuction. This gives us the confidence that they can fully support ourt most vunrable adults.
